Celebrating almost 170 years of continuous service to the Minneapolis market, Washburn -McReavy led the profession in market expansion at a time when most independents had only 1 or 2 rooftops.  They broke away from the pack to build market dominance with:

  • 4 cemeteries

Today, they continue the family legacy of innovation, excellence and leadership.  Despite their size, they serve families at a level to which others can only aspire.

A typical small family firm broke the mold in 1980 by developing a new market among those customers conventional funeral homes were losing.  Surviving the slings and arrows of their peers, they now serve more than 5,000 families annually, they have extended their service area to serve most of Minnesota.
